Responsibilities:
Before taking a
missing baggage report, quickly re-check the claim area and ramp to ensure the
inbound aircraft has been completely unloaded and all baggage delivered to the
claim area.
Issue a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), enter all information into the
tracing system to locate the missing baggage, and contact the passenger
regularly until the bag has been located.
Inform the Damage/Pilferage baggage procedures to the passenger and how the
repairing/replacing of the bag would take place.
Inform mishandled baggage expense procedures to the passenger and arrange
interim expenses within the delegation of authority.

A bachelor's degree in the aviation field is an
advantage.

Understand the AOCR and
TCAR for duty and limitation.

Responsibilities:
Plan
and Manage within the Crew Scheduling area to continually improve
operations efficiency.
Overall
responsibility for Crew Planning, Crew Movement, and Crew Tracking staff’s
performance to ensure adherence to CAAT’s regulations, company, Division
policies, and procedures.
Provide
strong leadership in the daily operations and irregular operations for the
development and expeditious handling of the operational recovery plan.
To
monitor balanced planning, fairness, productivity targets, cost control,
fatigue management, and perspective while maintaining the commitment to
maximize productivity.
Identify
the root cause and file Corrective Action Reports (CARs) within the Crew
Scheduling area to meet the required standard.
Liaise
and coordinate with civil authorities and other relevant external entities
on Crew Scheduling matters.

Minimum two (2) years
ground handing operational experience.

Knowledge of Sabre Sonic

Conduct training for
initial and recurrent training.
Check training records and
monitor training record.
Prepare documents for
internal and external audit.
Planning mandatory
training course.
Keep all training records
and update in the E-learning system and Google sheet.
Preparation of training
source, management of infrastructural facilities and procurement of the
training material attendance sheet for the training course schedule for
instructors / evaluator and trainees.
Solve problems of
divisions/stations that are reported via email, LINE application and other
channels.
Coordinate with relevant
department about the training requests and training record.
Bachelor Degree in any field (Aviation

Currently holding Weight & Balance is

Responsibilities:
To prepare the Load and
Trim Sheet for different type of aircrafts in a timely manner.
To put in aircraft detail on Sabre so as
to generate Load sheets through the system compliance as well as prepare
manual Load sheets
To calculate the Estimate Zero Fuel Weight
(EZFW) in coordination with Flight Dispatch Department and monitor
decrease/increase in EZFW and notify flight Dispatch for
correct fuel upliftment.
To ensure Last Minute Changes in the trim
sheet are done quickly and correctly.
To constantly monitor rescheduled,delayed,
combined and cancelled flights and prepare load sheet accordingly
Strive to uplift all cargo shipments
wherever possible to maximize revenue.
To generate Loading Instruction Reports
and to ensure Ramp staff / Redcap load the aircraft in accordance with LIR
To send Load sheet with a revised count
TOB and SOB when required.
Bachelor Degree / diploma or high school
certificate with experience more than 2 years in related field
Enthusiastic, good interpersonal skill and

Experiences more than 2 years in related
field.
Professional experience in
aviation is advantage.
Good command of English (Reading,

Responsibilities:
Manage the Ramp handling
of flights assigned, in accordance with the policies and procedures as laid
down
Ensure that every aircraft is
loaded/unloaded safely
Coordinate with other departments to
ensure on time performance.
Comply with safety and security
regulations and company standards related to ramp/airside activities, including, but not limited to
airside safety, loading/offloading
precautions, dangerous goods, access control, equipment and vehicle
serviceability.
Locate and offload bags of guests who fail
to turn up for the flight and intimate the same to the Flight Supervisor.
