Supervision Repair Station Inspector to inspection process.
Inspection activities of Repair Station at maintenance base, line stations, workshop inspection and subcontract facilities.
Inspect Aircraft Maintenance procedures comply with regulatory authority rules and airworthiness and safety.
Monitor performance of contracted maintenance provider, vendors or suppliers to confirm satisfactory quality, tracking the repairable and routable items, and to assure the accuracy record.
Maintain an approved vendor and distributor list for Aircraft replacement part, Standard part and TSO.
Monitoring and control locally manufactured aircraft replacement parts conform to the technical data and obtain approval by authority.
Check reliability control program executed effectively and efficiently to improve maintenance standards.
Control and evaluating statistic and analysis of performance reliability investigation against aircraft accident, serious incident, monitor vital technical defect and preventive action, repair, halting work for flight safety consideration.

Airworthiness and Engineering Standards Officer may delegate part or all of his duties to any one of his coworkers; however, this delegation of duty in any way will not alleviate his overall responsibilities.
To ensure operational continuation, during his absence Airworthiness and Engineering Standards Officer shall delegate his duties and responsibilities to any one of his coworkers.

Coordinating
the activities of quality assurance organization and function.
Initiating,
writing, General Manual and fetch approval from Authority.
Maintain
for the Air Operator Certificate (AOC), Aircraft Registration, Certificates of
Airworthiness and Operation Specifications, all Technical Documents for
Maintenance, and Airworthiness Directives.
Inspect
operating procedures comply with regulatory authority rules and airworthiness
and safety.
Controlling
that Airworthiness Directive within the compliance date.
Submitting
reports of defects and/or un-airworthy conditions in accordance with CAAT Service
Difficulty Report (SDR).
Conducting
incident/accident investigations.
Control
listing of all Authorize, certifying personnel including Required Inspection
Item Authorization holder and their license.
Maintain
qualifications and licensing of all Engineering personnel, records and
curriculum of technical training for all Engineering organizations.
Control
record system of maintenance activities to maintain technical history on
aircraft, engine, and components including life-limited part; AD’s and SB’s
compliance, major repair and major modification.

Responsibilities:
Plan
and Manage within the Crew Scheduling area to continually improve
operations efficiency.
Overall
responsibility for Crew Planning, Crew Movement, and Crew Tracking staff’s
performance to ensure adherence to CAAT’s regulations, company, Division
policies, and procedures.
Provide
strong leadership in the daily operations and irregular operations for the
development and expeditious handling of the operational recovery plan.
To
monitor balanced planning, fairness, productivity targets, cost control,
fatigue management, and perspective while maintaining the commitment to
maximize productivity.
Identify
the root cause and file Corrective Action Reports (CARs) within the Crew
Scheduling area to meet the required standard.
Liaise
and coordinate with civil authorities and other relevant external entities
on Crew Scheduling matters.
