Be main contact between crew members and Flight Operations for daily work related matters for smooth daily operations.
Assign all open flights to crew members in accordant with CAAT’S rules and regulation.
Resolve monthly and daily line-of-time conflicts.
Adjust reserve coverage levels to ensure day-to-day crew coverage.
Monitor all lights in valid period on issued roster to be covered with qualified crew.
Ensure all crew members are legal in reference to Part A Section 3 of the Company’s Operation Manual.
Monitor delays and reschedule crew member to avoid and/or minimize flight disruption.
Advise all crew members of their schedule changes without interruption crew legal rest period.
Arrange unscheduled down-line accommodations, and book unscheduled deadheads to maintain crew allowable Flight Duty Period with in legal limit.
Organize and process swap request in accordance with CAAT and division policy.
Any CAAT’S rules breaching, coordinate with OCC to submit the written report to CAAT stating the cause of the incident immediately.
Monitors all aircrew’s license, special endorsement or qualification, validity, training and visa requirement in accordance with Local Regulator.
Carry out all concerned duties regarding Quality, Safety & Security required by the company.
Report all irregularities to Crew Scheduling Manager , Asst Scheduling Manager and Supervisor.
- Report and incident which may be jeopardize the Safety of any personnel, customers and company business promptly to Crew Scheduling Manger for further Safety Management Evaluation process.
Perform any tasks assigned by superior.
