Responsibilities:
  • Prior to taking a missing baggage report, quickly re-check the claim area and ramp to ensure that the inbound aircraft has been completely unloaded and all baggage has been delivered to the claim area.
  • Issue a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), enter all information to the tracing system in order to locate the missing baggage and contact the passenger on a regular basis until the bag has been located.
  • Inform Damage/Pilferage baggage procedures to the passenger and how the repairing/replacing of the bag would take place.
  • Inform mishandled baggage expense procedures to the passenger and arrange interim expense within the delegation of authority.

Safety Officer

Qualifications:
  • At least 1-3 years experience.

  • Be main contact between crew members and Flight Operations for daily work related matters for smooth daily operations.
  • Assign all open flights to crew members in accordant with CAAT’S rules and regulation.
  • Resolve monthly and daily line-of-time conflicts.
  • Adjust reserve coverage levels to ensure day-to-day crew coverage.
  • Monitor all lights in valid period on issued roster to be covered with qualified crew.
  • Ensure all crew members are legal in reference to Part A Section 3 of the Company’s Operation Manual.
  • Monitor delays and reschedule crew member to avoid and/or minimize flight disruption.
  • Advise all crew members of their schedule changes without interruption crew legal rest period.

Flight Operations Officer/ Base at Don Mueang International Airport

Qualifications:
  • An applicant shall not be less than 24 years of age.

  • Hold FOO License which is issue by CAAT.

  • Have passed TOEIC test score of 550 or above.
Responsibilities:
  • Carry out flight planning with regards to safety, economy and efficiency based upon the latest available weather forecast, NOTAM, and regulations contained in the company operations manual, Jeppesen Manual and in relevant Aeronautical Information Publications.
  • Carry out all concerned duties regarding Quality, Safety & Security required by the company.
  • Check aircraft MEL status and apply necessary actions.

Qualifications:

  • Verify the accuracy and check all invoice within Operations Control Center (OCC).
